BOCANAT – Terms & Conditions for Payments
By submitting payment through this website, you agree to the following terms set by BOCANAT Web Design:
1. Scope of Services Your payment covers the specific web‑design services outlined in your BOCANAT proposal, invoice, or project agreement. Any additional features, pages, or revisions outside the agreed scope may require an extra fee.
2. Payment Policy All payments must be made in full before BOCANAT begins work, unless a different payment schedule was approved in writing. All deposits are non‑refundable.
3. Refunds Because BOCANAT provides custom design work, all payments are non‑refundable once the project has started. If the client chooses to stop the project early, no refunds will be issued for completed work or time invested.
4. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide all required content (text, images, logos, product details, etc.) in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may extend the project timeline.
5. Project Timeline Estimated timelines depend on client responsiveness. BOCANAT is not responsible for delays caused by late content, approvals, or changes requested by the client.
6. Revisions Each project includes the number of revisions stated in the BOCANAT proposal. Additional revisions or redesigns may incur extra charges.
7. Final Delivery Final website files or access will be delivered only after full payment is received.
8. Ownership Upon final payment, the client owns the completed website design. BOCANAT retains ownership of any custom code, templates, or tools unless otherwise agreed.
9. Third‑Party Costs Domain names, hosting, premium apps, and third‑party subscriptions are not included unless stated. These costs are the client’s responsibility.
10. Support & Maintenance Any ongoing support or maintenance after project completion requires a separate plan or hourly rate unless included in the original agreement.
11. Legal Compliance Clients are responsible for ensuring all website content complies with applicable laws, including copyright, privacy, and accessibility requirements.
